Introducing the AquascapeSD tank passport
Each tank can have its own simple identity: livestock, plants, equipment, water targets, maintenance rhythm, and a QR code that opens the latest care notes on a phone.
Display labels
Give every display tank or featured plant a useful care card with PetZoneSD branding and a QR path to deeper guidance.
Take-home notes
Send a clear care summary with a new planted tank, fish, shrimp, or aquatic plant so the first week feels manageable.
Tank history
Build toward shareable client records with visit notes, water tests, photos, maintenance reminders, and next steps.
How the first version works
- Choose the tank or item. Start with a store display, a customer setup, or a featured plant from the PetZoneSD catalog.
- Publish the care facts. Keep advice readable, locally relevant, and reviewed by the PetZoneSD / Hakkai team.
- Print or share. Use a QR-ready card, bag insert, counter sign, or direct mobile link.
- Keep improving it. Add photos, observations, water results, and maintenance notes as the aquarium grows.
A care card should answer the next question.
Here is the kind of information a shopper or customer should see after scanning.
Anubias · Java fern · Cryptocoryne · peaceful nano fish
Next care: 25% water change weekly · light 7 hours daily · feed lightly

What we can add next
- Plant and livestock profiles connected to PetZoneSD product pages.
- Printable small labels, larger display cards, and half-page take-home sheets.
- Customer tank pages with photos, water tests, equipment, and maintenance history.
- A secure service workspace for recurring aquarium maintenance and client reports.
This first page is an informational MVP. Customer accounts, private tank records, invoicing, and recurring payments should be added only after a secure application and privacy plan are in place.
